Rifle Slings, Sling Swivels and Bipods
Rifle slings, sling swivels, sling mounts and bipods provide different ways to carry, support and configure an AR-15 rifle or pistol. Selecting the right accessory starts with identifying its intended use and the mounting interface available on the firearm.
Our current selection includes rifle slings, quick-detach sling swivels, M-LOK sling mounts, M-LOK Picatinny rail sections and QD-mounted bipods. Compare the mounting method and product specifications to determine which option is appropriate for your configuration.
Rifle Slings, Swivels, Mounts and Bipods
Rifle Slings
Rifle slings provide a convenient way to carry and retain a rifle or pistol. Sling designs can use different attachment configurations, including single-point and two-point arrangements.
QD Sling Swivels & Mounts
Quick-detach sling hardware provides a removable connection between a sling and a compatible QD mounting point. M-LOK QD mounts can provide a sling attachment point on compatible M-LOK handguards.
M-LOK Picatinny Rail Sections
M-LOK Picatinny rail sections provide a Picatinny interface on compatible M-LOK handguards for accessories designed around that mounting system.
Rifle Bipods
Bipods provide front support for a firearm from a bench, prone position or other supported shooting position. Available models can differ in mounting system and height range.
Choosing the Right Mounting System
The mounting interface is one of the most important considerations when comparing rifle slings, swivels, mounts and bipods. Before selecting an accessory, identify the attachment points already available on the firearm and compare them with the mounting system required by the product.
QD Mounting
QD sling swivels use compatible quick-detach sockets to provide a removable sling connection. A compatible QD mounting point must be present on the firearm or added through an appropriate mount.
M-LOK Mounting
M-LOK accessories attach to compatible M-LOK mounting slots. This can include dedicated QD sling mounts as well as Picatinny rail sections that provide another accessory interface.
Picatinny Mounting
Picatinny rail sections provide a standardized rail interface for compatible accessories. An M-LOK Picatinny section can add this interface to an appropriate M-LOK handguard.
Bipod Height
Bipods are available in different height ranges. Compare the listed height range along with the mounting system when selecting a bipod for the intended firearm and shooting position.
Slings, Bipods and AR Handguards
Many sling mounts, rail sections and other accessories attach directly to the handguard, making the handguard's available mounting interface an important part of compatibility. If you are configuring an AR with an M-LOK rail system, browse our AR Handguards for additional handguard and rail options.

Sling swivels, sling mounts, rail sections and bipods do not all use the same attachment system. Check the mounting interface listed for the individual product and compare it with the available mounting points on your firearm.
