This 16" 8.6 Blackout upper assembly is configured for a compatible DPMS Gen 1-pattern large-frame AR platform. It features a 4150 chrome moly steel HBAR barrel with a 1:3 twist rate, a 15" free-float M-LOK handguard, a carbine-length gas system, and a Kaw Valley Precision ASR-compatible muzzle brake. Handguard:
Premium Gen 3 15" extended rifle-length, narrow-profile free-float M-LOK handguard manufactured from 6061 aluminum. Features M-LOK attachment slots along the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions and a matte black Type III Class 2 hard-coat anodized finish.

Barrel:
16" 8.6 Blackout barrel manufactured from 4150 chrome moly steel with an HBAR profile and 1:3 twist rate. Features M18x1.5 muzzle threads and a DPMS-pattern barrel extension with .308 feed ramps.
